Pricing FAQ
Is insurance accepted?
We do not currently accept insurance directly. However, our transparent pricing is often comparable to or less than insurance copays. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Are medications included in the price?
Visit and subscription prices cover the consultation and prescription. Medication costs are separate and vary by treatment. Monthly and Quarterly plans include free shipping on prescribed medications.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Quarterly plans can be cancelled before the next renewal period. You will retain access through the end of your paid period.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and HSA/FSA cards.
What if I need to switch plans?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Our support team can help with any transitions.
